Brad and the team from GHA investigate a 150 year old home in Marberg, where the according owner is being visited by a nasty old female spirit who is collecting souls from the local graveyard, but all is not as it seems as Brad soon discovers there is more going on this is farmstead than just a little old lady making trouble.
